MidWinter 2004 Rules and Regulations
These are the rules that everyone (yes, that means you) must follow. Please read them so that you will be familiar with them. They are for your safety and well being. If you feel that you cannot follow these commonsense guidelines, please don’t come. (We love you anyway.) If you break these rules, you will be sent home and SYC will notify your parents and minister.
1. All SYC individuals will participate in the entire event. Once an individual has entered into our community, he/she will remain a member of our community until the end of the event.
2. Everyone will remain at the site of the event and be respectful of it.

Only people with consent and permission of the SYC advisors may use automobiles during the event. Any automobile that is driven to the event by a participant will remain locked in the parking lot, and its driver will not return to it during the course of the event. Keys will be collected at registration by an SYC advisor who will secure them for the duration of the event to ensure everyone's safety. Youth will only ride in cars driven by adults designated by the SYC committee.4. Personal listening devices may be used during free time only. Acoustic instruments are encouraged.
5. Alcohol, drugs, and tobacco are prohibited. Besides, they are bad for you. You know this.
Any infraction of these rules is grounds for dismissal. The decision to dismiss a participant shall be made by the SYC Executive Committee in consultation with its advisors.
